About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our global sales strategy in the rapidly evolving headless and composite commerce ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in platforms such as VTEX, commercetools, and Broadleaf Commerce, with a proven ability to drive enterprise adoption of modern commerce architectures. As a remote leader, you will spearhead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and position our solutions as the preferred choice for digital-first enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Market Expansion: Develop go-to-market strategies for VTEX, commercetools, Broadleaf Commerce, and composite commerce solutions.
• Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, guiding them through digital transformation journeys.
• Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and solution engineering teams to deliver tailored client pitches and proposals.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing expertise in headless and composable commerce.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in digital commerce or SaaS.
• Strong track record of selling headless commerce, composable commerce, or cloud-native platforms.
• Deep knowledge of VTEX, commercetools, Broadleaf Commerce, and related ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 and global enterprises.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
