Must Have:

Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience end-to-end ownership (sourcing through offer close); sourcing-only backgrounds do not qualify
Go-To-Market and/or G&A recruiting experience must have direct experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or G&A functions; candidates without GTM or G&A scope are not eligible
Hands-on outbound sourcing ownership candidate must have personally sourced their own candidates; reliance on inbound or dedicated sourcing teams is disqualifying
LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency active, hands-on platform experience required; candidates without this are not eligible for submission

Nice to Have:

Experience managing 12 15 requisitions simultaneously with a sub-60-day time-to-fill target in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning and a team-first attitude
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving business needs
