Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an instructional designer, trainer, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.
Experience designing instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia training materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

Experience developing learning content across multiple platforms.
Experience conducting needs assessments, task analysis, and instructional analysis.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, eLearning, and multimedia training materials.
Create course design documents, outlines, presentations, lab exercises, and assessments.
Develop visually engaging learning content aligned with branding guidelines.
Conduct front-end analysis including needs assessment, content analysis, and task analysis.
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to enhance learning experiences.
Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, including status updates and quality reviews.
Continuously evaluate and improve learning products for accuracy and relevance.

Should Have:

Master s degree in Instructional Design (preferred).
Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe, and Adobe Premiere.
E-Learning Instructional Design Certification (upon hire).

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Graphic design and multimedia development skills.
