- Triage issues with business stakeholders and technical teams impacting scope, timelines, or integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and prioritize backlog items.
- Coordinate system integrations and data flows across planning, ERP, sourcing, and supplier collaboration platforms.
- Drive alignment between supply chain, finance, engineering, and IT on design decisions and trade-offs.
Experience:- 8-12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead in supply chain, ERP, or enterprise planning transformations.
- Proven delivery of large-scale planning or supply chain digitization programs.
- Experience working in EPC, capital projects, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Skills:- Enterprise planning systems (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.)
- ERP and sourcing platforms (SAP, Ariba, Oracle)
- Data integration, APIs, and analytics platforms
- Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirements
