Job Title: Delivery Manager
Location: Whiting, Indiana (hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-term / Open-ended contract
A Delivery Manager helps with day-to-day oversight of application development projects, ensuring delivery on time/budget by managing teams, stakeholders (tech & business), risks, and resources, often using Agile, to align with strategic goals, manage vendors, budgets, and foster transparency in the Refinery space. Key duties involve planning, dependency management, reporting, vendor oversight, budget control, and driving continuous improvement for system stability and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Drive the successful delivery of technology projects
Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.
Agile & Planning: Implement Agile frameworks, manage backlogs, plan capacity, and create delivery roadmaps.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, coordinating with other teams for timelines.
Resource & Vendor Management: Strategically manage internal teams and external vendors, balancing capacity.
Financial Oversight: Oversee budget planning, tracking, and cost control.
Innovation: Champion new tech (AI, automation) and drive continuous improvement.
