Job#: 3022301 Job Description: Job Description: This role combines Agile facilitation with technical leadership, helping drive outcomes while actively understanding and contributing to infrastructure initiatives. Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong hands-on infrastructure background to support multiple teams within TruStage's cloud and hosting area. You will run Scrum ceremonies and help facilitate Agile delivery, but this position also requires someone who has personally done infrastructure work and can confidently engage at a technical level during discussions, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate Agile events including daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement for 2-3 infrastructure teams.
- Partner closely with infrastructure engineers and leaders to guide execution of cloud and hosting priorities while speaking the technical language of the work.
- Support infrastructure projects involving SQL Server, cloud hosting services, datacenter technologies, and platform operations.
- Leverage your hands-on infrastructure background to provide clarity, remove blockers, and help teams make informed decisions.
- Manage technical backlogs and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure priorities are understood and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in operational and project-based initiatives including deployments, migrations, and environment support activities.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to evolve Agile practices, support continuous improvement, and contribute to team coaching.
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated professional experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Infrastructure Manager, or a similar role.
- Hands-on background in infrastructure-such as datacenter operations, system administration, or infrastructure engineering-and the ability to articulate your direct technical contributions.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as:
- Windows Server
- DNS
- Networking
- Terraform
- SQL Server
- (Candidates will be asked to discuss their experience with these during interviews.)
- Experience running Agile ceremonies and supporting teams in an Agile environment would be ideal (coachable candidates with limited experience may still be considered).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts clearly across teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting cloud or hosting environments in a technical capacity.
- Background working with multiple engineering teams and managing multiple backlogs.
- Previous experience in hybrid roles combining Agile, project management, and technical execution
