Our Greater Philadelphia area client is looking for a Technical Project Manager for an upcoming ERP Migration in the Healthcare Payer space. Lead a highimpact, multiyear ERP transformation for a healthcare payerpartnering with top vendors to drive enterprise change from strategy through successful adoption.
Position Description
Lead a largescale, fullsuite ERP implementation for a healthcare payer organization, working in close partnership with an external ERP vendor.
Own endtoend project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and executivelevel status reporting
Act as the primary bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and the ERP vendor, ensuring accountability and ontime delivery
Drive change management activities to support user adoption, business readiness, communication, and transition to the new ERP platform.
Support a multiyear (2+ year) transformation initiative, with potential extension based on budget and performance
Required Skills
Proven experience leading recent, fullsuite ERP implementations (endtoend, not moduleonly)
Healthcare payer experience is required (claims, enrollment, finance, HR, or core payer operations)
Handson project leadership experience with modern ERP platforms such as:
Workday
Oracle Fusion
Strong change management experience within enterprise transformation initiatives
Demonstrated success managing vendorled ERP implementations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills
Bonus Skills
Experience delivering ERP programs in highly regulated healthcare environments
Background supporting enterprise finance, HR, or core business system transformations
Experience on longduration (multiyear) ERP or enterprise modernization programs
