Position Title: IT Director – Workday Finance

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107 (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IT Director with strong Workday Finance leadership experience to lead enterprise ERP and Workday transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Financials, Purchasing, Integrations, Reporting, Governance, and large-scale enterprise system optimization.

Required Skills:
• Strong Workday Financials and Purchasing experience
• Experience with Workday Studio, Integrations, Reporting, and Security
• ERP transformation and enterprise application leadership background
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance experience
• Public sector, higher education, or large enterprise environment preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in ERP/Workday environments
• Bachelor''s degree required

Preferred:
• Workday certifications
• Experience with large-scale Workday implementations and optimization initiatives
