Plusses:

Prior banking industry experience and SSAS Tabular models.

Experience with PowerBI and MicroStrategy.

Job Summary:

This contingent Software Engineer 4 assignment involves consulting on and leading complex, high-impact software engineering initiatives. The role includes large-scale planning, designing and developing systems, addressing multi-faceted technical challenges, and evaluating technologies that require deep analysis. The engineer will also contribute to resolving complex issues requiring strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The position includes leading projects, serving as an escalation point, and providing guidance to less experienced team members while collaborating across peers, colleagues, and mid-level management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead moderately complex engineering initiatives within the technical domain space.

Design, code, test, debug, and document software deliverables, including upgrades and deployments.

Analyze complex software engineering challenges requiring evaluation of multiple technical factors.

Resolve moderately complex technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deliverables.

Act as an escalation point and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.

Contribute to large-scale strategic planning efforts within the engineering organization.

Work with TSQL, SSIS, ETL pipelines, Git, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, Oracle, Teradata, AutoSys, and Big Data.

(Where applicable) leverage PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and SSAS Tabular models for advanced reporting and analytics.
