Job Summary:

In this contingent Software Engineering assignment, the engineer will consult on and contribute to complex, large-scale initiatives with broad organizational impact. The role involves analyzing multi-faceted technical challenges, evaluating multiple and sometimes unprecedented factors, and resolving complex situations requiring a deep understanding of engineering practices, compliance requirements, and functional policies. The engineer will strategically collaborate with client personnel and provide technical guidance while designing and building scalable systems using Java, React, and database technologies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead or support complex technical initiatives involving large-scale planning and architectural considerations.

Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions across Java, React, and database layers.

Evaluate intricate software engineering challenges requiring deep technical assessment.

Resolve complex technical issues and ensure deliverables meet compliance and organizational standards.

Build scalable systems rapidly, leveraging AI to increase development speed and efficiency.

Partner with client personnel, mid-level managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve engineering goals.

Apply IAM domain knowledge in the design and implementation of solutions.

Contribute to long-term engineering strategy and act as a trusted technical consultant.
