JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core Configuration Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, administration, implementation, and functional support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core, working across multiple regions/countries, managing quarterly updates, configuring workflows and journeys, and supporting HCM security and integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM Core modules and Help Desk functionality.
- Perform impact analysis and validation for Oracle HCM quarterly patches and updates.
- Configure and administer Oracle HCM across multiple regions and countries.
- Perform functional configuration and customization using DFFs and EFFs.
- Customize reports and configure concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and fit-gap analysis.
- Configure and support Journeys within Oracle HCM.
- Develop, implement, and customize HCM workflows.
- Participate throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Work effectively within Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Work with Oracle Support Request (SR) processes for issue resolution and escalation.
- Support HCM security implementation, administration, provisioning, and access-related issue resolution.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve HCM configuration and production issues.
- Support Oracle HCM enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.
- Contribute to migration initiatives involving Oracle Redwood pages.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core implementation and configuration.
- Experience with multi-region and multi-country HCM configuration and administration.
- Experience with HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation.
- Strong knowledge of DFF, EFF, reports, workflows, Journeys, and functional configuration.
- Experience conducting CRPs and fit-gap analysis.
- Experience supporting Oracle SRs and production issue resolution.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HCM ADP Connector.
- Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent, and Compensation.
- Experience implementing and managing HCM security and provisioning.
- Experience resolving HCM security access issues.
- Experience migrating Oracle HCM functionality to Redwood pages.
