We are seeking a Power Platform Architect to lead solution architecture, governance, environment strategy, and enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations. This role requires hands-on expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and integration with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics).
This is a fully onsite position (Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Governance
• Define enterprise architecture for Power Platform deployments, including Dataverse schema, security model, ALM, and multi-environment strategy.
• Establish platform governance, DLP policies, center-of-excellence (CoE) practices, and application of lifecycle management.
• Architect scalable solutions across Power Apps (Canvas + Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and integrations.
Solution Design
• Review business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
• Drive solution architecture decisions involving Azure Functions, API Management, logic apps, SQL, custom connectors, and third-party systems.
• Create detailed SDDs, integration maps, ERDs, and deployment blueprints.
Technical Leadership & Oversight
• Guide developers, review code, ensure best practices, and lead technical design sessions.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot performance issues, and validate scalability and security.
• Collaborate directly with business and IT teams onsite to validate and refine solutions.
Required Experience
• 12+ years in Microsoft ecosystem, with 4+ years dedicated to Power Platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and solution packaging/ALM.
• Strong experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, SQL, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and legacy apps.
• Hands-on experience designing custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of environments, security roles, permissions, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available on site for 5 days/week.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Microsoft PL-600 (Power Platform Architect) Certification.
• Experience with Copilot Studio agents and generative AI integration.
• Knowledge of UiPath, AWS, or hybrid automation frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise-scale migrations or modernization programs.
