We are seeking a Integration Manager who brings deep hands-on expertise in SnapLogic and enterprise integration. This role requires a strong technical leader who can design scalable integration architectures, lead delivery teams, and evolve into a strategic technical manager.
The ideal candidate will combine architectural thinking, hands-on development capability, and team leadership experience to drive enterprise integration programs across cloud and on-prem ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end integration architecture using SnapLogic (batch, real-time, API-led, event-driven).
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks.
- Define enterprise integration standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Architect integrations with data sources such ass, Batch, File Systems, Streaming, etc. SaaS, PaaS, API
- Lead API design and management initiatives.
Delivery & Team Management
- Lead a team of SnapLogic developers and integration engineers.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Own technical delivery commitments and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Present architecture solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Provide effort estimations and integration roadmaps.
