A POC will provide guidance for work prioritization, but candidate is responsible for working with team to complete work in a timely manner.

Joint use program, fiber design
Supporting client with review of field data including post-inspecting construction, and using that data to create engineering designs for new communication attachment or clear any safety violations
Experience in Joint use, Telecom, distribution, and identifying electric and communication facilities is a plus as this will be a major component of the position.
Must understand concepts such as NESC Standards, GPC Standards, Make ready construction.
Worker will get work assignments; use field data collected with GIS technologies to create engineering deliverables based on the job type assigned.
Make corrections on created deliverables based on feedback from reviewers.

Work as member of Joint USE/Fiber Make Ready Team to design communication line attachments to existing overhead utility poles in compliance with National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and utility standards.
Occasionally conduct field assessments and pole surveys to evaluate existing conditions and pole loading capacity.
Utilize design software and GIS tools to create detailed construction drawings and layout plans.
Analyze pole loading, clearance requirements, and make-ready conditions for new attachments.
Prepare make-ready engineering (MRE) documentation, bills of material (BOM), and work packages for construction crews.
Ensure adherence to permitting requirements, safety standards, and right-of-way constraints.
Track project progress and maintain accurate records and data for compliance and reporting.
