Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Lake Oswego, OR 97035 Onsite
Type: 7+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)
About the Role:
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support a leading enterprise technology organization in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. This role will play a critical part in driving the successful execution of marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns by managing the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery.
We are looking for a strategic and detail oriented professional who thrives in highly matrixed organizations and can confidently manage multiple cross functional initiatives while keeping teams aligned, accountable, and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with teams across Product Management, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, Revenue Marketing, and other business units
• Lead project planning efforts including scope definition, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Manage multiple marketing and operational projects from concept through completion
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities across cross functional workstreams
• Develop and enhance project management workflows, operational processes, and execution strategies
• Prepare and maintain clear project status updates and progress reports
• Model and evaluate process improvements and operational efficiencies within the PMO
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and leadership
• Quickly adapt between competing priorities in a fast moving environment
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of project or program management experience
• 5 to 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in highly matrixed organizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work independently as a self starter
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and driving projects to completion
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
