Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performing Salesforce applications. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and modern UI frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce platform technologies.
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions using Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and integrate large-scale customer data across systems.
Design and develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations with external applications.
Ensure best practices for Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices for Salesforce deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Salesforce development and customization.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data integration and management.
Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce AI-driven solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware tools.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II or Application Architect.
Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, data governance, and integration architecture.
