Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, and CPQ to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce implementations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.
Lead architecture and implementation for Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, and CPQ solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define solution architecture and technical strategy.
Design data models, integration frameworks, and system architecture for enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices and design patterns.
Architect API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained across the platform.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design documentation.
Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to improve system capabilities and performance.
Support complex troubleshooting and performance optimization for Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and Salesforce platform.
Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, and CPQ.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling.
Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce development frameworks and platform capabilities.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
Experience with enterprise integration architecture and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of AI and automation solutions within Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
