Network Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Engineer in Green Bay, WI.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive End User Technology Architect/Endpoint Lead to own and mature the organization's modern endpoint environment. This role is focused on Microsoft Intune, MDM, and modern workplace engineering. This is a critical backfill position with an opportunity to immediately impact endpoint stability, standardization, and long-term roadmap development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve the organization's endpoint and modern device management strategy
* Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Intune-based device management
* Define standards, governance, and operating models for endpoint management
* Drive modernization from legacy endpoint tools to Microsoft modern workplace stack
* Partner with security teams to implement Conditional Access and device compliance policies
* Support integration across identity, endpoint, and security platforms
* Collaborate with MSPs and internal teams to transition ownership in-house
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint and device management issues
* Lead backlog reduction and modernization initiatives across endpoint ecosystem

REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal Candidate:
* Senior hands-on Endpoint Architect or Endpoint Engineering Lead with ownership of roadmap, standards, governance, and execution
* A true -builder- who has taken immature endpoint environments and created structure, repeatable processes, and scalable operating models

Deep experience in modern endpoint management and Microsoft ecosystem tooling, including:
* Microsoft Intune
* Autopilot
* Entra ID
* Conditional Access
* Microsoft Defender
* Microsoft 365
* Azure Virtual Desktop
* Teams Rooms

* Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level while partnering with security, infrastructure, service desk, and engineering teams
* Able to guide engineers and administrators while driving execution and standards adoption

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
