8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, user story creation, working as a Business Analyst in Agile teams, participating in all Agile ceremonies, and leading Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
8+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
8+ years of experience performing highly complex (senior-level) business analysis work.
8+ years of experience working under limited supervision with considerable initiative and independent judgment.
8+ years of experience performing QA reviews of user stories to ensure acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and overall readiness are met.
8+ years of experience coordinating and guiding UAT activities with business stakeholders, ensuring timely sign-off and documenting additional backlog items.
8+ years of experience identifying business process improvement opportunities through automation and preparing proposals and/or wireframes for new systems.
8+ years of experience analyzing applications, troubleshooting system problems, and implementing solutions.
