Summary

Role: Sr. UX Researcher Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months
Must have:

UX Research 5+ Yrs of Experience
UX Design 5+ Yrs of Experience
Figma 5+ Yrs of Experience
Cloud Computing 5+ Yrs of Experience

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor s degree in psychology, behavioral science, anthropology, human-computer interaction or related design discipline; experience designing and conducting experiments is a plus
3-5 years of qualitative design research experience in a UX research role, with demonstrated success driving tangible outcomes and advocating for the user experience in a non-academic setting; Healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience using a variety of UX research methods (e.g, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, task analysis, survey design, and insights to action sessions
Proficiency with UX research tools (e.g., UserZoom/UserTesting) and familiarity with prototyping tools a plus (e.g, Figma)
Understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards; experience with assistive technology a plus

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50-55. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
