Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead to support, enhance, and optimize SAP PM processes across maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, maintenance teams, and IT teams to deliver effective SAP PM solutions, ensure system reliability, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM system solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP PM master data, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, and work orders.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve maintenance processes.
  • Support integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules such as MM, WM, FI/CO, and PP.
  • Manage system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
  • Lead workshops and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and project teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within maintenance operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM configuration and business processes.
  • Experience with maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and work order management.
  • Experience in at least one full SAP implementation and multiple support projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead functional discussions with business users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and Asset Management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, or industrial environments.
  • SAP PM certification is a plus.
