Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of
complex electrical systems across cutting-edge programs. This is a
direct hire opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering programs and product lifecycles
- Design, build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced electrical systems
- Lead architecture development, system integration, and production transition activities
- Drive root cause analysis and solve complex system-level challenges
- Establish engineering processes and execution frameworks in dynamic environments
- Collaborate with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Mentor engineers and support technical development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience developing and integrating complex systems
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with system integration and software interaction preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance (active clearance preferred)
Compensation:
- Target salary range: $110,000-$225,000 (flexible based on experience)
