REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to serve as the "face" in the office, representing firm culture and standards to both staff and guests Must be able to be in office 40 hours a week for in-person support needs
3+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant supporting high level executives or c-suite executives
Excellent computer skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer services to both staff and clients
Ability to anticipate problems and take initiative
Ability to prioritize and multi-task; excellent time management
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Proactively identifies and addresses office needs before they escalate into issues
Understand technical instructions or new software features and quickly masters them to support evolving office demands
Comfortable adapting to new procedures, sudden schedule changes, or rapidly evolving project requirements
Sensitive to the needs of a diverse, cross-functional team and able to communicate respectfully across all demographics
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Deep familiarity with enterprise office systems, videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and technology for troubleshooting, and facility management tools
Ability to coordinate complex meeting logistics across time zones, book facilities etc
