Location Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM) May require occasional travel between sites

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience with Mac, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between sites.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between company locations.
- Able to create instructional documents or tutorials.
Preferred:
- CompTIA A+ or other IT support certification.
- Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with AV/conference room equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support in person, via phone, chat, and email.
- Install, configure, and troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, workstations, and network devices.
- Manage incoming tickets, create instructional materials, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain IT inventory, system security, and server/data room equipment.
- Travel between facilities is required.
