Project Details: SAP Test Coordinator, NS2 S4 Implementation

Oxford is seeking a PMO-based Testing Coordinator to support a large enterprise ERP transformation program. This individual will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, facilitating communication across project teams, tracking project risks and issues, and supporting overall testing readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting project management offices, coordinating testing efforts, facilitating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and driving action items to completion. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, project managers, and testing teams to ensure testing activities remain on schedule and issues are communicated effectively. The position will be primarily onsite in Fort Collins during active testing periods with some remote flexibility based on project needs.

Musts:

·       Experience supporting PMO, project coordination, or testing coordination activities

·       Experience maintaining RAID logs, action item trackers, and project documentation

·       Strong meeting facilitation and follow-up skills

·       Experience tracking testing progress, defects, and issue resolution activities

·       Experience preparing status reports and project communications

·       Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

·       Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project management tools

·       Understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies

Pluses:

·       ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, or similar)

·       Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

·       Experience working with Systems Integrators and third-party vendors

·       Exposure to SAP S/4HANA programs

·       Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

·       Coordinate testing plans, schedules, and execution activities aligned with project milestones

·       Monitor creation, execution, and documentation of test cases and testing scenarios

·       Partner with Test Leads, GPOs, IT Leads, SI Partner Leads, and technical teams to ensure testing objectives are achieved

·       Manage defect tracking processes and drive timely issue resolution

·       Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, issues, and readiness status

·       Lead twice-daily Testing Stand-Up meetings

·       Support governance of testing methodologies, quality assurance standards, and test data management

·       Ensure testing activities remain aligned to overall project timelines and go-live objectives
