We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving product vision, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery within government, healthcare, or other regulated domains.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- 2+ years leading product initiatives end-to-end
- Experience managing product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and user stories
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, business, and policy teams
- Experience delivering digital products/features from discovery to implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in regulated environments such as government, healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
Preferred Skills
- Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TANF, ACA, or public benefits program experience
- Experience with government modernization projects
- Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with analytics, KPIs, OKRs, A/B testing
- CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or similar certifications preferred
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation is a plus
