Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of experience to design, develop, customize, and integrate enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, integrations, APIs, and Salesforce architecture, with experience working across the complete SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with internal and external applications.
• Develop custom Salesforce applications and reusable components using Lightning Web Components.
• Perform data modeling, migration, validation, and optimization using SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Implement security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role-based access.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution development.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD, deployments, testing, and production releases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Data Migration, Data Loader, validation, and data quality.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Financial Services Cloud.
• MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Salesforce Platform Events and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, authentication, and integration security.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture and large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Platform Developer I, or Application Architect.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
