Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and application support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Salesforce configuration, integrations, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, architects, QA teams, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver reliable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and application implementation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration including Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration.

• Good understanding of profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security model.

• Experience with Git and Salesforce DX (SFDX).

• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.

• Develop reusable and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Perform data migration, cleansing, validation, and loading using Salesforce tools.

• Implement Salesforce security and sharing requirements.

• Write unit tests and maintain appropriate code coverage.

• Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development standards.

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.

• Participate in deployment activities across development, QA, and production environments.

• Work with QA teams to support testing and defect resolution.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior Salesforce developers.
