REQUIRED SKILLS

4+ years of Software QA experience with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow platform testing.
Strong hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, SDLC processes, test planning, defect tracking, and release validation.
Experience identifying, documenting, and resolving defects while working closely with developers and architects on root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patch releases, UAT activities, and production deployment testing.
Knowledge of security testing, FedRAMP compliance standards, accessibility testing (Section 508), and regulated government environments.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Test Management, Selenium, or similar testing and automation tools, along with strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
