Job Title: Test Technician (Electronics / Semiconductor Manufacturing)Location: Beverly, MA
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour (based on experience) + 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
Job Summary:Join a leading
semiconductor manufacturing company as a
Test Technician, supporting the testing and troubleshooting of
electrical and electromechanical components. This role is critical to ensuring
product quality, reliability, and performance prior to system integration and shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and electromechanical testing using equipment such as DVMs, ground bond testers, and phase detectors
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics, drawings, and test procedures
- Record test results, failures, and resolutions in digital systems
- Use hand tools to prepare units for testing and shipment
- Provide feedback to engineering and production teams on test results and process improvements
- Follow all safety procedures, including working with low to high voltage systems (up to 480V AC)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience
- Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and circuit analysis
- Familiarity with lab equipment (DVMs, oscilloscopes) and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- Soldering experience (PCB, through-hole) is a plus
