About the Opportunity
As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing sophisticated analytics, reporting, and automation solutions that provide unparalleled visibility into technology capacity, demand, and delivery. This is a dynamic role where your analytical skills will empower leadership, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement across the technology landscape, directly supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring optimal resource allocation and operational excellence.

What You?ll Do

  • Drive critical insights through analytics, reporting, and automation for technology capacity planning.
  • Collaborate closely with technology leadership, corporate strategy, finance, and enterprise reporting stakeholders to enhance visibility into resource capacity, demand, delivery metrics, and operational insights.
  • Develop robust analytics solutions, including capacity analytics, data preparation, dashboard creation, and process automation.
  • Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Analyze complex data from various enterprise sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Build and enhance data workflow automation tools to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Develop insightful and interactive dashboards using leading business intelligence tools to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes and proactive troubleshooting of reporting issues.
  • Document repeatable processes and methodologies to ensure consistency, maintainability, and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an analytics developer with a strong focus on data preparation, dashboard development, and process automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets from various enterprise sources.
  • Experience building or enhancing data workflow automation tools.
  • Skilled in developing interactive dashboards using leading data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data quality validation, troubleshooting reporting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Excellent documentation skills for repeatable processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and leadership.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM) tools.
