Job Title: Informatica Data Marketplace Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Data Marketplace Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architecture, delivery, and implementation of Informatica Data Marketplace (IDMC ecosystem) for a major healthcare client. This role requires deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and associated services—including CDI, CAI, CDQ, CD EDC/Metadata Management, and Marketplace—and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams in building a scalable, governed, and business‑friendly data marketplace that makes enterprise data assets searchable, accessible, and consumable for internal users.

Required Skills

·         12+ years of total data management / data engineering / architecture experience.

·         5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica cloud products, including:

o    IDMC-MUST HAVE

o    Cloud Data Integration (CDI)

o    Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

o    Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)

o    Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)

o    Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC)

o    Data Marketplace

·         Proven experience architecting and implementing data catalogs, data governance frameworks, and data quality platforms.

·         Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems—Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Azure preferred for healthcare programs).

·         Experience architecting solutions for healthcare payers or providers (HL7, claims data, regulatory standards preferred).

·         Deep knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, lineage, classification, security, and data lifecycle management.

·         Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to directors, VPs, and CIO/CTO-level leaders.

·         Experience managing hybrid global delivery teams and complex enterprise programs.

·         Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.  

·         Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.  

·         A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Nice-to-Have Skills

·         Experience with event-driven or API‑first integration architectures.

·         Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms.

·         Understanding of AI/ML-based metadata automation and active metadata management trends.

·         Prior experience representing consulting organizations in pre‑sales, RFP responses, or industry events.

Educational Qualifications:

• Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

·   Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
