Required Skills:
Software Testing and Quality Assurance (5 Years)
Experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead, or similar role (2 Years)
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies (3 Years)
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (3 Years)
Experience in automated testing frameworks and tools (2 Years)
Experience leading UAT and working with business stakeholders (3 Years)
Experience in healthcare environments (2 Years)
About the Job: The Test / QA Lead is responsible for defining, managing, and executing the quality assurance strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role leads testing efforts across the software development lifecycle, coordinates QA resources, establishes testing standards, and works closely with development, product, and business stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure system readiness.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the overall QA and testing strategy across projects and releases
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices
Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and third-party vendors
Ensure alignment between requirements, test coverage, and acceptance criteria
Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with development teams
Establish QA standards, best practices, and test governance processes
Oversee test environments, test data preparation, and release readiness assessments
Provide risk-based testing recommendations and go/no-go input for releases
