Coupa Application Lead 
Responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Coupa and integrated capabilities supporting global Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership capability, and experience working in global, cross-cultural environments, partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery for Coupa Source-to-Pay solutions
• Configure and implement global Coupa S2P processes, including:
• Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing
• Approval workflows, custom fields, chart of accounts
• PO forms, catalogs, suppliers, items, users, security roles, and permissions
• Provide deep functional expertise in:
• Smart Contract Management
• Spend Analytics
• Guided Buying
• Materials Management (Direct & Indirect Procurement)
• Gather and document business requirements and provide functional inputs to technical teams
• Lead Coupa data loads and master data management (Suppliers, Materials, Accounting data, Catalogs)
• Design and support Coupa– ERP integrations for transactional and master data interfaces
• Create and review functional specifications for WRICEF objects
• Prepare test cases, support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Solve complex business problems through scalable IT solutions in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Advise business partners on standard and new Coupa solutions and their impact
• Manage vendor partners and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Build and sustain strong relationships across global business and technology teams

Required Qualifications
 

• 8+ years of overall IT experience (end-user industry, IT consulting, system integrator, or IT product companies)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-scale procurement transformations
• 7+ years of hands-on configuration experience in:
• Coupa Source to Pay

• Certifications: Coupa Platform Certification or specific module certifications (e.g.Sourcing).
