Key Responsibilities:
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in solution design and validate that deliverables meet business objectives.
Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
Participate in regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Product Analyst
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.
Support product managers in defining product features, roadmaps, and priorities.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are well understood and implemented.
Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and release notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or product analysis roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
Understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Agile Product Owner.
