Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end EDM implementations and drive metadata governance initiatives across enterprise EPM ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM, EDMCS/EDM, data governance frameworks, hierarchy management, and client-facing leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) implementations from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
Design, configure, and manage EDM frameworks, hierarchies, viewpoints, subscriptions, and governance workflows.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EDM and metadata governance initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems.
Drive metadata governance standards, best practices, and operational processes across EPM applications.
Integrate EDM solutions with Oracle Cloud EPM applications including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, Planning, and other financial systems.
Lead workshops, design discussions, and client-facing sessions to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.
Support hierarchy synchronization, dimension management, and metadata lifecycle management.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development, solution accelerators, and delivery standards.
Assist in issue resolution, environment migrations, testing coordination, and deployment activities.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM / EDMCS).
Extensive Oracle Cloud EPM experience.
Proven experience leading Oracle EDM implementations from design to deployment.
Strong understanding of metadata governance, master data management (MDM), and EPM ecosystems.
Experience designing hierarchy structures, approvals, subscriptions, and governance workflows.
Strong knowledge of financial dimensions, chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, and reference data management.
Experience working in enterprise-level Oracle EPM environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
Ability to lead offshore/onshore teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating EDM with ERP, Data Warehouse, or reporting systems.
Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
Experience with Oracle Hyperion Suite and Oracle Cloud migrations is a plus.
