Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in a school environment
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to Windows Server or Active Directory
Basic familiarity with Linux environments (Red Hat preferred)
Experience supporting classrooms, labs, or education technology
Interest in systems administration or infrastructure
CompTIA A+ or similar certification (nice to have)
