Responsibilities:
· Proven experience leading and coaching, cross-functional technology teams delivering complex initiatives
· Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
· Deep working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, applied effectively to team maturity and context
· Ability to optimize and adapt Scrum ceremonies and augment with additional forums (e.g., operational metrics reviews) to improve outcomes
· Expertise in backlog refinement, planning, and flow management; coaches teams and leaders on effective Agile practices
· Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, coordinate resolution of cross-team risks, and own non-technical blockers
· Ensures consistent and effective application of Agile frameworks to improve product development and architectural outcomes
· Ensures a psychologically safe and inclusive team environment.
· Experience using delivery metrics and reporting to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement
· Proficiency with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
· Scrum or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
· Must be motivational, proactive, involved, and creative. A positive example for others to follow.
· Ability to coach and teach at a team and individual level.
