Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and mentor a team of developers, taking over from the current Technical Lead.

·       Design, develop, and implement solutions for order-to-cash, billing, order management, pricing, and service fulfilment applications.

·       Drive technical delivery across full stack development, primarily using React.js for the UI and .NET technologies for backend services.

·       Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technology solutions.

·       Ensure application performance, security, and reliability while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.

·       Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and guide the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

·       Actively participate in solution architecture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

·       8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.

·       Strong expertise in React.js (UI development) and .NET (backend services).

·       Proven experience in order-to-cash, billing, order management, and related back-office systems.

·       Hands-on exposure to techno-functional roles bridging business processes with technology solutions.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage technical delivery.

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
