Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to spearhead development and solution delivery across back-office applications, with a strong focus on order-to-cash, billing, order management, pricing, and service fulfillment systems. This role will be responsible for guiding a team, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring seamless system integration to support business-critical back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, taking over from the current Technical Lead.
Design, develop, and implement solutions for order-to-cash, billing, order management, pricing, and service fulfillment applications.
Drive technical delivery across full stack development, primarily using React.js for the UI and .NET technologies for backend services.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technology solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and guide the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Actively participate in solution architecture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
Strong expertise in React.js (UI development) and .NET (backend services).
Proven experience in order-to-cash, billing, order management, and related back-office systems.
Hands-on exposure to techno-functional roles bridging business processes with technology solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage technical delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
