Summary

Hiring: Entry-Level Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant

Location: Herndon, VA | Fully Onsite | Monday–Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented early-career accounting professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting education and some practical exposure to QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; accounting coursework, certificate, or associate degree considered.
Six months to one year of internship, office, bookkeeping, billing, AP, AR, or finance experience preferred.
Basic understanding of invoices, vendor payments, customer billing, cash application, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and organizing financial information.
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work onsite in Herndon.
