Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across multiple teams and workstreams
- Define and track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Drive cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement across 6 product teams
- Coordinate and communicate priorities across diverse groups to maintain alignment
- Apply SDLC, Agile methodologies, AMCP, and PMLC frameworks to project execution
- Manage key project functions including budget, resources, risk, scope, and schedule
- Track and report progress using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, presenting clear updates to stakeholders
- Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket) to manage workflows and delivery
- Support cloud-based initiatives with exposure to AWS and modern cloud environments
Qualifications:- Proven experience managing complex IT projects across multiple systems and teams
- Strong background in project management processes, including:
- Budget and resource management
- Risk and issue management
- Scope and change management
- Schedule and quality management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Experience working within Agile and SDLC environments
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite tools and AWS/Cloud technologies
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously
- PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $72.54 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
