Role Overview:
The PMO Analyst supports the BYTE program by keeping intake, tracking, and reporting clean and consistent across markets. This role works closely with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and the central PMO to make sure requirements, dependencies, and status are captured once, kept current, and reported accurately. The focus is on execution support, not project management. At a min, this role supports 3-4 Delivery leads simultaneously and keeping things aligned and moving This role is critical to ensure Global PMO team, Capgemini leadership has a clear view of progress and that delivery teams are not slowed down by process gaps or tool issues.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support onboarding of Delivery Leads joining the BYTE program using a standard onboarding kit. Provide Confluence page link for them to self-study, have them set meeting with you to go over unclear stuff or to answer questions.
· Ensure kickoff and discovery activities for new markets follow a consistent process. This means the agenda, MoM template, the presentation decks have to be slightly customized for the new market (update brand etc) and set the Discovery team and the Global Delivery Lead (GDL) for success.
· Review the requirements doc, roadmap, architecture along with the GDL and Own requirements intake into Monday.com for Byte deliverables, including templates, uploads to Confluence, and entry into Jira Product Discovery (JPD).
· Also, coordinate and upload all other non-byte requirements to Jira Boards for other development teams with a consistent label (KFC_AUS for KFC SPOAC market as an e.g.). Use the above label to create the integrated Jira Plan for all boards for the market.
· Coordinate requirement approvals and ensure updates are reflected consistently across tools.
· Prepare and maintain Steering Committee materials, including decks and supporting data.
· Support program and product syncs by capturing updates and ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
· Track cross-market dependencies and issues and maintain a single consolidated view.
· Maintain program and portfolio status timeline-manager tool for leadership reporting and Steering Committee timeline views.
· Support quarterly PI planning activities and preparation.
· Ensure Jira and JPD tickets are created, linked, updated, and aligned with Jira Plans.
Day in the Life of a PMO Analyst
· A typical day starts by checking Jira, JPD, Confluence, and and/or the timeline-manager tool to make sure data is current and aligned. Any gaps, missing links, or stale dates are cleaned up early.
· You will spend time working with Delivery Leads to confirm new or updated requirements, make sure they are documented correctly, and move them through the approval process. This includes updating Confluence, entering items into JPD, and confirming Jira tickets are properly linked.
· You will join program and product sync meetings to capture updates, track decisions, and follow up on action items. When issues or dependencies cut across markets, you consolidate them into a single view and flag them early.
· Throughout the week, you prepare leadership materials, including status dashboards and Steering Committee decks, ensuring the story matches what is happening on the ground. You also support PI planning and other cadence events by keeping inputs organized and ready.
· The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and focused on keeping the program running smoothly behind the scenes.

· Markets follow a consistent kickoff and discovery approach
· Requirements are entered once, approved quickly, and tracked cleanly
· Jira, JPD, Confluence, and stay in sync
· Steering Committee updates are accurate, current, and easy to consume
· Dependencies and issues are visible early and not discovered late
· Delivery teams spend time delivering, not fixing reporting or tooling gaps
Required Experience:
· Experience in a PMO, program support, or delivery operations role
· Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, and portfolio tools such as
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through
· Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and time zones
· Clear written and verbal communication skills

· This role does not own delivery timelines or scope decisions
