IT Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Irving, TX.

Summary:
The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. The initiative includes gathering and shaping requirements, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate updates. The role is critical to ensuring alignment between business needs and product delivery while driving transparency and execution discipline across the product roadmap.

Duties Include:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders across business and technology teams
* Gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements from stakeholders
* Translate requirements into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
* Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and grooming sessions
* Coordinate closely with product owners, engineering, and dependent teams to ensure delivery alignment
* Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across the product roadmap

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product/Delivery Manager
* 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong experience with stakeholder management and executive communication
* Hands-on experience managing backlogs and requirements
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
* Experience coordinating cross functional teams in a remote environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
