Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Power BI & Data Reporting Consultant
Location: Greenville, SC 29617
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Key Responsibilities
The selected consultant will support the assessment, modernization, migration, and validation of existing reporting solutions across Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
Responsibilities include:
• Assessing existing Power BI, Access, and Excel reports and reporting processes
• Mapping existing business logic to new enterprise data sources
• Updating and developing Power Query transformations
• Developing and maintaining DAX calculations and measures
• Building and enhancing Power BI data models
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Reviewing and updating Microsoft Access queries, reports, and underlying logic
• Validating report outputs against source-system data
• Investigating and troubleshooting data discrepancies
• Identifying reporting dependencies, data gaps, and transformation issues
• Documenting technical changes and reporting logic
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
• Supporting knowledge transfer and reporting modernization activities
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with the following is important:
• Power BI
• Power Query
• DAX
• Data Modeling
• SQL
• Microsoft Access
• Data validation and troubleshooting
• Reporting migration / modernization
Relevant Domain Experience
Experience supporting reporting for manufacturing, plant operations, maintenance, reliability, quality, or other operational environments would be highly relevant.
