Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong experience in CRM solutions and Salesforce.com platform development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Customer Experience functions while providing technical leadership to development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce.com CRM solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Configure and customize Salesforce CRM modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Lead Salesforce integrations with external applications, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance.
Manage deployments, release planning, CI/CD processes, and environment strategy.
Support CRM initiatives focused on customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and service excellence.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture artifacts.
