Job Title: Dayforce Learning Module Consultant

Responsibilities:

Learning Module Optimization

  • Review the recently updated Learning module for effectiveness and compliance.
  • Configure learning paths, certifications, and automation rules.
  • Align learning programs with updated performance and talent strategies.
  • Recommend best practices for adoption and reporting.

System Health Check & Realignment

  • Conduct a full review of all Dayforce modules currently in use:
  • Core HR
  • Learning
  • Engagement
  • Payroll (US only)
  • Compensation
  • Performance (in progress)
  • Identify configuration misalignments created by internal restructuring.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, security roles, organizational structure setup, and data integrity.

Module Updates & Enhancements

  • Support ongoing module updates and new feature enablement.
  • Ensure the organization is using each module beyond "basic functionality."
  • Provide guidance on new releases and best practice adoption.

Stakeholder Support & Knowledge Transfer

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of Compensation & Benefits and new leadership team.
  • Train internal teams on new configurations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Create documentation for processes, approvals, and governance.

Performance & Compensation Integration

  • Evaluate the current Performance Management configuration.
  • Fully implement and integrate Performance Management workflows into Compensation (Merit & Talent cycles).
  • Ensure performance outcomes map correctly into compensation processes.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing goal setting, reviews, calibration, and approval flows.

Payroll Review

  • Perform a light assessment of US Payroll configuration.
  • Recommend adjustments for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance where applicable.
  • Ensure payroll interacts properly with Time, HR, and Benefits data.

Key Priorities

  • Learning Module Optimization. Performance + Compensation (Merit & Talent) Integration
  • System realignment after organizational restructuring
  • Ongoing module updates and enhancements. Payroll review (secondary-not urgent)

Required Skills:

  • 3 7+ years of hands on Dayforce configuration experience
  • Strong background in Performance, Compensation, and Learning modules
  • Experience supporting organizations after Dayforce go live
  • Ability to translate business needs into optimized HRIS workflows
  • Strong communication skills to work with multiple new stakeholders

Work Site: Remote w/ travel

Duration: 3+ Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
