Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM & Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Houston, TX

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Finance functional initiatives, including requirements gathering, discovery workshops, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, including Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory, PIM, Cost Management, Order Management, Pricing, GOP/ATP, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, WMS and Logistics/OTM.
Good functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA, Tax, Intercompany and Financial Reporting, with strong SCM Finance integration understanding.
Experience with end-to-end business processes such as P2P/S2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory-to-Cost and Demand-to-Fulfillment, including cross-module dependencies and accounting impacts.
Lead SIT, UAT, E2E, regression and integration testing, including test strategy, scenario/test case design, RTM, defect triage, root-cause analysis, fix validation, and business sign-off.
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, data migration validation, interface testing, reconciliation, OTBI and BI Publisher.
Support data migration, cutover, go-live, production validation and hypercare, while coordinating SCM, Finance, QA, Integration, Data and Technical teams and managing business stakeholders.
