Our client is looking for a M365/Web Communications Liaison for a 6 month - 1 year contract opportunity located in Sacramento, CA.

Key Responsibilities
The position would:
- Serve as a customer liaison between the Web Team and internal organizational departments.
- Support communications for M365, SharePoint Online, intranet, web, digital accessibility, and enterprise digital service initiatives.
- Assist with enterprise mass-email communication processes, including request intake, content review, cross-team coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Help internal departments understand digital service offerings, compliance standards, operational processes, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with content owners, communications staff, and key business stakeholders.
- Support training communications, user adoption efforts, FAQs, technical process documentation, and customer-facing materials.
- Help manage intake, tracking, and follow-up for web and M365 requests through Jira, the Service Desk, or other internal tracking systems.
- Identify recurring communication gaps or process bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
