Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS & Supply Chain Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Finance modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical development experience, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, validate technical solutions, and resolve critical production issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.

  • Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to evaluate new technologies and solutions.

  • Review and validate technical designs for scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

  • Develop and optimize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, and REST API integrations.

  • Troubleshoot critical production incidents and provide timely technical resolutions.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to recurring issues.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and development teams.

  • Provide technical guidance and support for Oracle EBS enhancements and integrations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development and implementation experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.

  • Advanced expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and BI Publisher.

  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

  • Proven experience conducting technical PoCs and validating solution designs.

  • Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident management experience.

  • Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing permanent technical fixes.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle APEX development experience.

  • Experience with reverse logistics, forward logistics, or device repair workflows.

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or ITIL Foundation certification.

  • Experience mentoring technical development teams.
